Update on any federal legislative activity that might impact state taxation, or state legislation affecting the work of the Uniformity Committee.

Brief summary of the work done on proposed regulations, overview of the regulations, and next steps in the process.

Committee members should come prepared to discuss what their states have done or are doing in the partnership area and in adopting market sourcing or other uniform provisions.

Report on status of certain legislation and litigation and how these and future developments may affect sales and use tax collection.

Members should come prepared to share developments or issues in their state’s tax system and sales and income tax areas, in particular.
