Corporate Income Tax Auditor

The Multistate Tax Commission is seeking to hire Corporate Income Tax Auditors. The positions will be 100% remote but should be located within a 75-mile radius of an airport designated by the FAA’s National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) and have access to high-speed internet. The Commission audits large corporations on behalf of 30 states. This position requires some travel, typically U.S. domestic travel, up to 25% of the time. Minimum requirements are a BS in Accounting or equivalent and 2+ year’s experience with State Corporation Income Taxation (preferably with a state tax agency). Annual Salary starts at $82,800. Benefits include free employee medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums (affordable family coverage is also available), defined contribution plan, vacation and sick leave, and deferred compensation plan.
