II. Initial Public Comment Period
  In accordance with its Public Participation Policy, the Commission provides this opportunity for members of the public to address the Committee regarding the topics on this agenda. The Chair may also provide for public comment before or during the discussion of specific agenda items.
III. Determine whether to extend any deadlines for the current online marketplace seller voluntary disclosure initiative. Requests have been made by potential applicants or their representatives to extend the October 17, 2017 deadline for receiving voluntary disclosure applications and the December 1, 2017 deadline for the taxpayer to have signed and returned the voluntary disclosure agreement and be registered with the state and ready to commence collection of sales/use tax for the state.
