III.

Review and consideration for approval for change of procedure in processing online marketplace seller voluntary disclosure agreements. The proposed change will be for MTC staff to direct taxpayers to send directly to the state the taxpayer-signed agreements, completed registration forms, back tax payments (if required), and back tax returns/spreadsheets (if required), instead of directing taxpayers to send such items to MTC staff, which MTC staff would then forward to the state.  Elimination of this step should shorten processing time and speed up registration of taxpayers with the states.
