Reservations: The MTC has secured a block of guestrooms at the prevailing government rate of $119.00 per night plus tax. To ensure you get our negotiated rate, reservations should be made online by clicking the following link MTC Crowne Plaza Hotel Booking or by dialing 865-522-2600 x 2330 and asking for “in-house” reservations. Our group code is “TAX.” The rate will be offered 3-days pre, and 3-days post our event. To get our rate for pre- and post-dates, dial the aforementioned number & extension and ask to speak with Jamie Julius. The MTC rate will be available until our cut-off date of Friday March 20, 2026, or until our room-block is sold-out—whichever comes first. Reservations after cut-off date will be accepted based on guestroom availability, however our group rate may not be available.

Individual reservations must be cancelled prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day before the reservation’s confirmed date of arrival in order to avoid a non-refundable fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.  Hotel requires a valid payment card and photo ID to be presented at check in.

Any cancellations after this time will be charged one night’s room & tax.  If reservations are part of a rooming list, same policy applies.

A complimentary full breakfast buffet is served daily, and lunch is on your own.   A “Wind Down” reception will occur Monday – Wednesday where light fare will be served, and there will be a cash bar.
