On Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern, the MTC will be conducting a public hearing via Zoom on a proposal to revise the MTC special industry rule for apportioning the income from broadcasting (MTC model Reg. For those wishing to have their written comments addressed as part of the hearing, we ask that those written comments be provided by Thursday, June 18, 2026. Otherwise, written comments will also be accepted through the date of the hearing. Written comments may be submitted to Lila Disque by e-mail at ldisque@mtc.gov. Please note that written comments will be posted on the MTC website and also will be included in the written report of the Hearing Officer submitted to the Executive Committee.
