Last month, state tax administrators participating in the Commission’s annual legislative day availed themselves of an opportunity to present their issues and concerns to their state’s congressional representatives and senators, including Montana’s Department of Revenue Director Mike Kadas and Business & Income Taxes Division Administrator Gene Walborn (pictured above to the left and right of Montana Senator Max Baucus, along with, from the left side, MTC Counsel Sheldon Laskin and Legislative Consultant Len Lucchi).
