Hotel Information Our room block at The Boston Westin Waterfront is sold out. And since we have exceeded our room block obligation by 40%, the Westin is unwilling to provide us additional rooms at the conference rate. Please note: Online Registration is encouraged as it helps the commission properly plan for the conference and committee meetings. No registration fee is charged to attend committee meetings. There is a registration fee for the annual Conference held on Wednesday, July 25. For more information about fees for the Annual Conference, please visit our 2018 Fees webpage.
Generally, meetings of the Commission and its Committees are public. Persons attending public sessions need not identify themselves. However, some of the listed meetings may not be entirely public. Under the Commission's Public Participation Policy, closed meetings may be held in matters involving certain personnel issues and the acquisition/disposition of real estate, matters required by law to be confidential, including discussion of certain taxpayer information, and some discussions with counsel over pending litigation. For your convenience, you may choose to contact the General Counsel, at (202) 650-0300, for an indication of which of the listed meetings may not be entirely public. Your contact, which may be on an anonymous basis, also permits the Commission to provide adequate seating.
