Reservations after cut-off date will be accepted based on availability at the negotiated group rate.

The Rosen Centre hotel is completely sold-out on Sunday, November 3rd, however, arrangements have been made for our group to secure lodging on the 3rd at their sister property the Rosen Inn Pointe.  If you need accommodations on Sunday night, please call 1-800-204-7234 and they will assist you in booking at both hotels.

Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to arrival.  If you cancel less than 5 days, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty. Additionally, an early departure fee, equal to one night’s room and tax, applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date as confirmed at check-in.

Please note:  Individual departure dates will be reconfirmed upon check-in.  Any adjustments to departure date should be made at that time.  Shortened lengths of stay, thereafter, will result in a one-time $50.00 administrative fee.

There are (3) three ROSEN Hotels, two of which are located on International Drive.  Our meeting is being held at ROSEN CENTRE HOTEL on International Drive.

Online Registration:  Although there is no fee to attend these meetings, it is important and appreciated for you to register for planning purposes.
