Uniformity & Subcommittees

The Uniformity Committee drafts initial proposals for model MTC uniform statutes and regulations related to State transaction and income/franchise taxation of interstate and foreign commerce. The Committee accomplishes this largely through two sub-committees: The Sales & Use Tax Uniformity Subcommittee and the Income & Franchise Tax Uniformity Subcommittee.
