  A.  Possible project to review and approve proposed revisions to Standard Voluntary Disclosure Agreement form— see current and draft forms
  B.  Consider proposed changes to Paragraphs 1.2 and 15.2 of Procedures of Multistate Voluntary Disclosure— see proposed amendment
  C.  Should a provision to the Standard Voluntary Disclosure Agreement be added to require the taxpayer to waive net operating losses incurred prior to the lookback period?  See Memorandum
  D.  Should electronic payment procedures be developed?
  E.  Identify any States interested in hosting Nexus School
