Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the primary policy and administrative decision-making body of the MTC between meetings of the full Commission. The Executive Committee generally meets quarterly, either in person or via teleconference. A quorum requires presence of four members of the Executive Committee or their alternates. Presence includes participating via teleconference, even for those meetings being held in person. Every compact member state may participate in the meeting and is able to vote (sovereignty member states are welcome to participate but do not have a vote).
